Home Emergency Cover from Simple Landlords Insurance means that you are always prepared for the unexpected. Our Home Emergency Cover is available exclusively to Simple Landlord Insurance customers. It has been designed to complement your landlord's buildings and / or contents policy and will protect you and your property from unforeseen domestic emergencies.
Home Emergency Cover provides you as the landlord with access to our 24 hour emergency helpline and covers the cost of contractors' emergency call out, labour, parts & materials following an insured event.

An example of a home emergency would be the failure of the central heating, gas / electricity or plumbing / drainage. You will also be covered for broken windows or doors which present a security risk to the property and also benefit from coverage against the infestation of vermin.
All this protection is available for only £49.99 (Including IPT) per period of cover with no excess to pay. If you are an existing Simple Landlords Insurance customer, Home Emergency Cover is available at renewal or if you are within the first month of purchasing your policy. If you are looking to buy a new landlord insurance policy, you can add Home Emergency Cover as part of the purchase process (you will find it on the quote summary screen).
