To ensure you get the best possible help our Legal & Professional Fees Cover enables access to our 24 hour helpline in relation to legal issues, and a helpline for tax issues between the hours of 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri.

In the event of a valid claim the administrator will appoint one of their approved panel solicitors to handle your case, ensuring you get the best legal assistance to handle your case.

Our Legal & Professional Fees Cover is available for only £39.50 (Including IPT) per year with no excess to pay. If you are an existing Simple Landlords Insurance policy holder, simply log-in to your account to see if any of your policies are available for upgrade with legal expenses cover. If you are looking to purchase a new landlord insurance policy you can add legal expenses cover as part of the purchase process (you will find it on the quote summary screen).
