To ensure you get the best possible help our Legal & Professional Fees cover gives you access to our 24 hour helpline in relation to legal issues, and a helpline for tax issues between the hours of 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri.

In the event of a valid claim the administrator will appoint one of their approved panel solicitors to handle your case, ensuring you get the best legal assistance when you need it the most.

Our Legal & Professional Fees is available for only £39.50 (Including IPT) per period of cover with no excess to pay. If you are an existing Simple Landlords Insurance customer, Legal & Professional Fees is available at renewal or if you are within the first month of purchasing your policy.
