In order to illustrate just how competitive our premiums really are, we have completed a price comparison with four of the UK’s most well known providers of Landlords Insurance.
Using a typical example of a 40 year-old landlord with a bungalow or house to-let, we compared prices across a wide range of post code areas, tenant types (including Professional, DSS and Students) and various levels of buildings sums insured (ranging from £85k to £475k).
Simple provided the most competitive quote in 85% of cases
What’s more, we were also able to provide competitive quotes in areas where other providers decline cover – including holiday homes, unoccupied properties, asylum seeker tenants and certain flood and subsidence areas.
