Existing customers - If you already have a Landlords Insurance with us and have a query regarding your policy or accessing your account, please email us at admin@simplelandlordsinsurance.com (quoting your Policy Number or your registered email address).
New Customers - If you are in the process of buying a policy from us but have any question before you go ahead, please email us at: enquiries@simplelandlordsinsurance.com (including your Quote Reference Number if applicable).

Direct debit enquiries - If you’re already a customer and have a query regarding your direct debit payment, please contact Close Brothers on 0870 243 0026. Please note that this helpline is for Direct Debit payment queries only and Close Brothers will unfortunately not be able to answer your general policy cover queries**.
