In order for us to provide your Simple landlords insurance cover, you need to provide us with information regarding yourself and your properties. You must ensure that this is full and accurate information.
Any non-disclosure, misrepresentation or misdescription of any material fact which would have influenced our decision to provide your insurance could mean that your policy is void in the event of your making a claim.

Once insured, you should bear in mind that we must also be notified immediately of any changes in your circumstances and the use of your property which might have a bearing on your insurance cover. this includes different tenant types occupying an insured building, changes to the cost of rebuilding the property or replacing the landlord's contents and if your property becomes unoccupied during the insured period.
You must take actions to prevent loss or damage to your property and ensure that it is maintained in a good state of repair. All protections installed must be regularly maintained and in use when the building is left unattended or when occupants have retired for the night.
