Your landlords insurance policy does not cover the following:

• Radioactive contamination
• Loss or damage as a consequence of war
• Deliberate Act - by you or anyone acting on your behalf
• Existing Damage - incurred prior to insurance cover
• Loss or damage by Sonic Pressure waves emitted by aircraft
• Consequential losses as the result of any claim
• Wear and Tear - loss or damage as a result of gradually operating causes such as wear and tear, rusting or corrosion, fungus or wet or dry rot
• Loss or damage to computer equipment caused by computer date changes and/or computer viruses
• Motor Vehicles - including caravans, trailers or watercraft and accessories - other than garden implements
• Damage by domestic pets, insects or vermin
