Your Simple landlords insurance cover starts from the date shown on your policy schedule and lasts for 12 months. After this period the insurance policy is due for renewal and you'll automatically receive a renewal offer from us.
If for any reason you are not happy with your landlords insurance cover, you can cancel the policy at any time. With cancellations within 14 days the premium will be refunded in full, providing that no claims have been made or are pending. Where cancellations are made after 14 days, the premium refund will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
