The heat-care Plan from gas-elec offers 12 months cover to protect you against the cost of repairing a broken gas or electric boiler at any time; day or night. The policy will pay for the costs of an engineer call out and labour, plus any parts required to get your boiler back up and running*.
Throughout the duration of your policy, the heat-care Plan UK Call Team will give you access to a national network of locally-based Gas Safe registered engineers, so reliable and qualified help is at hand when you need it.
In the event that your boiler does need repairing, all work will be completed to Landlords industry regulation CP12 and guaranteed by gas-elec.

When you take out your cover, the heat-care Plan team will arrange for a boiler service to be completed so you know that your boiler is in good working order. During this time they can also arrange for your boiler and property to undergo a gas and electrical safety check for only a small additional cost.
Successful checks will result in the relevant safety certification being awarded to your rental property. All repairs and checks are completed to regulatory safety standards as required by landlord legislation.
