Role-play conference for property market

Property investors in Scotland have the chance to attend an innovative new conference focusing upon the housing sector.

The Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS) Limited Annual Conference is set to be held on September 23rrd.

Taking place at the Dunblane Hydro Hotel in Dunblane, BBC Scotland's Lesley Riddoch will host the event.

Rather than follow usual formats, the programme will feature live role-play scenarios to provide attendees with more realistic information on the ins and outs of the property sector.

The PMAS noted that the show will illustrate "the things that happen in the life of a real life property manager to provide an opportunity for delegates to consider the type of issue faced by them during their working days".

Discussions on accreditation and other issues within the marketplace will go on throughout the day, while a lecture entitled The Devil in the Detail is also planned.
