A national conference is set to be held for landlords to find out and discuss all of the latest developments in the sector.The National Landlords Association (NLA) National Conference will be held in Birmingham in November.The government minister responsible for the private rented sector, Ian Austin MP, will be on hand to present his views on the landlord industry.Also, attendees will get the chance to ask him questions on new government proposals for the sector.Other speakers include representatives from the Association of Residential Letting Agents, Business Development Research Consultants, Shelter and the University of Sheffield.David Salusbury, chairman of the NLA, said: "There is no doubt the sector is set to go through further changes and if landlords want to be on top of their game, this is one event not to be missed."Everything from taking inventories to tax planning to managing a letting agent will be on the agenda, rounding off with a property investment surgery."The event will be held on November 20th and 21st.Get a landlord house insurance quote today from Simple Landlords Insurance.
