'New life' in housing market

New life is being breathed into the property market across the country, experts have suggested.

According to iammoving.com, a trend for house price rises in the south and in London will be repeated in other areas of the UK.

The website noted that once property markets in some areas become livelier, this will have a knock-on effect.

James Wrightson, marketing manager at iammoving.com, commented that now is a good time for landlords and other property investors to buy new homes, provided they have the funds to finance such a move.

Savills research for the Sunday Times revealed that the houses in the home counties are recovering quicker than anywhere else in Britain.
