Landlord expo in Gloucestershire

An event has been organised to provide information and assistance to landlords in Gloucestershire.

The free conference, titled the Gloucestershire Landlord Expo 2009, will be held on September 16th at Gloucester Rugby Club.

There will be a whole host of activities to get involved in and seminars to attend, as well as a wide range of exhibitors.

These include energy performance certificate providers, letting agents, furnishing firms, fire safety companies and inspection services.

Speakers such as a National Landlords Association representative, a home energy specialist, a gas safety expert and a buy-to-let investor are set to feature at the event.

Darren Evans Assessments is sponsoring the occasion, which attracted just fewer than 200 landlords in 2008.

Tewkesbury council and other district-level councils are involved in the organisation of the day, as they seek to build closer links with the residential landlord community.

A lecture on the importance of the Rugg Review to landlords is also scheduled for Gloucestershire Landlord Expo 2009.
