Paying by Direct Debit
Quick & Hassle Free: Direct Debit offers a quick and hassle free way of paying for your Simple Landlords Buildings & Contents Insurance and is available to all customers with a current account. It is simple, safe and easy to use. Simple Landlords Insurance’s Direct Debit service is provided by Close Brothers Limited.
Easy Budgeting - Direct Debit gives you total control over your payments. You can choose when in the month the payment is made giving you greater control over your money. We will aim to collect your payment on your preferred date.
Direct Debit Guarantee - Setting up a Direct Debit couldn’t be simpler using our online form and you’ll be protected by the Direct Debit guarantee given by the banks and building societies.
Once we have received your instruction, we will set the Direct Debit up with your bank within the next 7 days. You will also be notified by post confirming the details of your plan.
If at any time in the future there is change to the date, amount or frequency of your Direct Debit, we will always notify in advance of your account being debited. A full and immediate refund is given by your bank or building society in the unlikely event of a mistake being made.
Flexibility – If you make changes to your policy that result in an additional premium due or a reduction in your premium payable – your payments will be automatically adjusted.
