Our landlord boiler insurance can cover you for up to £1,000 of repairs to your primary heating system a year, with up to £500 for a single incident, including call out charges, parts and labour.

We can’t cover really old boilers, so if yours is more than 15 years old talk to us before you add landlord boiler insurance to your policy! We also don’t cover claims that arise because of neglect of lack or maintenance, so if you’ve not looked after your boiler or haven’t had it serviced every year, you will not be eligible for cover.

It is important that you have your boiler serviced each year and keep the certificate as proof, in case you need to make a claim.

Remember, landlord boiler insurance is for emergency repairs only, it’s not for general maintenance or fixing longer term intermittent issues.
